1990 to present.
Mr. Donadio is the President of Donadio & Associates Architect,
P.A.. His responsibilities in addition to overall firm management
includes: Programming, Schematic Design, Specifications, Quality
Control and Construction Administration Services. He has over 20
years experience in the field of Architecture, Design & Project
Management. His project experience involves building types in Education,
Medical/Healthcare, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial and Residential.
In addition of the day-to-day management and responsibilities of
the Firm, Mr. Donadio is heavily involved and committed in the Community
with involvement in non-profit and civic organizations. As a result
of this community involvement Donadio & Associates received
the Indian River Chamber of Commerce Company of the Year in 1999,
Mr. Donadio received the Indian River County Italian/American of
the year in 2003 and Chamber Presidents Award for 2003.

VICE PRESIDENT AND PARTNER, 1985 through October 1990.
Responsible for project scheduling, planning, and coordination of
all design contract documents, specifications, project bidding,
and construction administration of all projects that this firm was
associated with, during this time period. There was heavy emphasis
in the areas of project scheduling, overseeing and checking of construction
documents, code compliance, coordination of consulting engineers
(namely civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
for each project, project specification writing, and project construction
administration. PROJECT ARCHITECT, 1981 to 1985.
Responsible for production of contract documents from preliminary
design through construction administration.
Builders Showcase, Inc., Vero Beach, Florida.
VICE PRESIDENT AND QUALIFYING CONTRACTOR, 1988 to October 1990.
Responsible for overseeing construction activities with respect
to architectural drawings for primarily renovation work. Coordination
of major subcontractors’ work with respect to existing or
new projects. Maintaining current records of all subcontractors’
general liability and worker’s compensation insurance. As
a design/build company, also responsible for the design and coordination
of the architectural and engineering construction documents and
how they relate to existing field conditions.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN, 1979 to 1981.
Responsible for the production of construction documents for shopping
plazas, malls, theaters, supermarkets, drugstores, and condominiums
Horace McLean and Associates Consulting Engineers, Niles,
Ohio.
DRAFTSMAN, 1977 to 1979.
Responsible for production of construction documents for multifamily
projects, restaurants, and office buildings in association with
Architect Frank Branard. Also worked on civil, structural, mechanical,
and electrical drawings for numerous projects, under the supervision
of Horace McLean, P.E.
Newton Manor Homes, Inc.,
Newton Falls, Ohio.
DRAFTSMAN, 1976 to 1977
Responsible for the production of all residential plans for this
home building company, along with the graphics for marketing brochures
for model homes.
City of Niles Engineering Department, Niles, Ohio.
DRAFTSMAN, 1975 to 1976.
Responsible for on-site traffic counts for engineers’ traffic
studies, layout and master planning of city recreation facilities,
traffic marking studies, updating of tax maps, as-built water and
sewer drawings, preparation of project specifications and bid documents
for roadways, water lines, and sewer lines.
