Project Description:
Oak Harbor is part of the master planned Grand Harbor Development in Vero Beach, Florida. The clubhouse is the first building in the community, which is primarily devoted to extended health care for it's residents. Facilities provided include Health Spa, Swimming Pool, Lap Pool, Library, Formal Dining Area, Private Dining, Extensive Kitchen, Bars, Game Rooms, Hair Dressing, and Beautician Services.

Access to the colonial style building is provided via a colonnaded lattice structure providing shade and filtered light to the entrance. The view from the entrance door encompasses the Lobby, Formal Dining, Extensive French Doors, and out to the Exterior Terrace, and Lake beyond.

Spacious interior volumes are complimented by fine detailing. The atmosphere and tranquil setting for this building help promote a feeling of well being for it's residents.
