Camden House is a 24 Unit Life Care Condominium consisting of

The building is part of a PUD and there are two other identical buildings grouped around a Lake and skirting one of the Golf Courses.

Shade and protection is provided to the Inhabitants by a Porte-Cochere capped with a copper copula. Each Unit has it's own enclosed Garage and a covered walk linking directly either to the Main Entrance or to the Stair Towers.

The elevated walkways connect each Tower and each unit is accessed by a Bridge connecting the Unit to the walkway. The walkways are 12 feet wide lined with Planters and Tropical Foliage to create the illusion of "Walks in the Sky". Colonial Architectural fixtures are utilized to promote consistently between these Units and the Clubhouse.
