APPROACH
The Donadio & Associates team approach to a project combines
the concepts of Complete, Single-Source Responsibility with
the Unified Team Approach for the delivery of professional
architectural and engineering services and the many administrative
and technical responsibilities required for each project.
Complete, Single-Source Responsibility: The Single-Source
approach allows the client to look to one group to perform all architectural
and engineering services. For the Project, the single-source point
of responsibility will be Donadio and Associates, Architects, PA.
Within the office of Donadio and Associates, a Project Manager is
assigned to each project, serving as the control point between the
client and the professional team. Mr. Anthony J. Donadio, A.I.A.,
will serve as Principal in Charge. He will coordinate all architectural
and engineering technical requirements and will be available to
the client to assist in all administrative matters pertinent to
the development of the project.
As with any project when a diversity of disciplines are required,
it becomes very important to assemble a team with specific talents
for each specific project responsibility. For this reason, we are
able to assemble a professional team specific to each project to
ensure the highest quality of service.
Unified Team: This approach recognizes that there
are many individuals and entities responsible for their part in
the overall success of the project design and documentation. This
approach also recognizes that each constituent of the project, from
the Owner to the Designer to the Contractor and beyond, has a uniquely
important role to play within the team and that each team member
understands the needs and roles of every other team member. The
members of the team assembled for a project will be selected in
part because they embrace this concept and have made it a part of
their daily operations.
Combining these two approaches creates the best of all worlds.
Design and project issues will be illuminated and decisions made
within the structure of a unified team of design professionals,
the client and construction specialists. The responsibility for
managing these components and the information which flows within
and from the team will be in the hands of Donadio and Associates,
Architects, PA.
